of patient safety. We are the lead technical partners in developing the
Electronic Patient Safety Incident Reporting and Learning System
(e-PSIRLS). Moving away from fragmented, paper-based reporting,
this digital platform enables real-time data collection, root-cause
analysis, and national-level learning.

Ministry of Health move away from fragmented, paper-based reporting. This national platform enables real-time data collection, root-cause analysis, and systematic learning to reduce preventable harm.
We design robust frameworks to improve efficiency and
accountability across the Ethiopian health system. By
embedding technical experts directly into the Health System
Innovation and Quality (HSIQ) office, we ensure that management
solutions are co-designed with those who implement them. From
institutionalizing joint accountability mechanisms to streamlining
facility-level registries, we turn management theory into system
performance.
