The 3-Step "Fenot Way"

Phase 1:

Co-Design & Embedded Partnership

We don't consult from a distance. We embed our technical experts within the Ministry of Health and Regional Bureaus. By sitting side-by-side with government leaders, we identify the real-world bottlenecks that academic studies often miss.

Phase 2:

Multidisciplinary Evidence Generation

We use advanced tools like Data Triangulation and Systems Thinking to synthesize information from fragmented sources (e.g., DHIS2 and EPSS). This creates a "single source of truth" that all stakeholders can trust.

Phase 3:

Institutionalization & Scaling

Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job. We build permanent tools—like the National Effective Coverage Guide and e-PSIRLS—and train local Scientific Advisory Panels to use them. This ensures the system continues to improve long after our initial engagement.
